The main responsibility of this job is to protect the intellectual property of the client's internet based exam while providing excellent customer service. TCAs have candidates pass a number of security measures prior to and throughout the testing process (this includes wanding and, in some cases, fingerprinting). This job requires individuals who are dependable, detailed oriented, multi-takers, and computer literate. The new hire will have the ability to interact well with a variety of clients. Both weekend and late afternoon hours may be required.
