Strong understanding of Android lifecycle, performance optimization, memory management, and debugging techniques. Experience with local storage technologies including Room, SQLite, and Shared Preferences. Experience integrating RESTful APIs using Retrofit, OkHttp, JSON/XML parsing, and secure authentication mechanisms. Cross-Platform Skills (Good to have) Working knowledge of iOS development concepts and architecture. Familiarity with Swift and iOS application development practices. Strong Core Java programming skills with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles. Willingness and ability to upskill, support, and contribute to iOS and Java applications when required. Work closely with backend, database, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams. Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices. Support application deployment, release management, defect resolution, and production support activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, status reporting, and Agile ceremonies.
