## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role.
 * Basic understanding of engineering applications and workflows.
 * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
 * Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills., * Experience supporting engineering, utility, construction, or infrastructure organizations.
 * Exposure to applications such as AutoCAD, Bentley MicroStation, ArcGIS, Bluebeam, Autodesk products, or similar engineering tools.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant technical certifications.

## Description

* Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Support engineering and business applications, including CAD, GIS, project management, and productivity tools.
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Assist with software installations, updates, and user account management.
 * Document incidents, service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
 * Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior analysts and specialized support teams.
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup and access provisioning.
 * Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
 * Maintain a high level of customer service while meeting service level objectives.
