Additional benefits include commuting benefits, the Employee Discount Program, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and childcare ## Description * Architect and evolve the core audio and video communication infrastructure that powers our Connected Care ecosystem. * Design and operate highly available SIP routing platforms supporting real-time communications at scale. * Scale and optimize media servers, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and signaling environments to ensure exceptional reliability and performance. * Build intelligent, low-latency call routing solutions that deliver seamless communication experiences. * Partner with software engineering teams to integrate voice and video capabilities into modern applications and services. * Investigate and resolve complex real-time communication challenges, including media quality issues, packet loss, latency, and network performance. * Drive technical strategy and establish engineering best practices for voice and video infrastructure. * Mentor engineers across the organization and serve as a subject matter expert in telecom and real-time communications technologies., * Own and influence the communication platform strategy behind innovative Connected Care products. * Work on technologies that directly impact clinicians, caregivers, and patients around the world. * Tackle complex engineering challenges within real-time communications, networking, and distributed systems. * Collaborate with talented cross-functional teams driving the next generation of healthcare technology. * Make a meaningful impact while growing your technical leadership as a Principal Engineer.
