We are looking for a Cybersecurity Coordinator to join our Home Office Team in Bloomington, MN (moving to Hopkins, MN at the end of September). As the Cybersecurity Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization's security posture while delivering hands-on technical and operational support., * Security Administration: Manage and monitor core security applications (Datto, Bullphish ID, INKY, SaaS Alerts, Dark Web ID) to ensure organizational protection. * Incident Response & Rollback: Configure EDR policies to automate host isolation and system rollbacks in response to ransomware threats. * Threat Simulation: Conduct EDR attack simulations and manage offline scanning for disconnected devices. * Phishing & Training: Administer Bullphish ID to run simulated phishing campaigns and provide targeted security awareness training. * Email & Domain Security: Enforce domain protections, compliance, and DMARC monitoring using INKY. * Credential Monitoring: Utilize Dark Web ID to track and mitigate compromised credentials, with a focus on high-value targets. * AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline ticket triage, documentation, and operational workflows.
