Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to transition seamlessly between support tickets and project-based work are essential. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across desktop systems, hardware, software, mobile devices, network infrastructure, and server environments. This role serves as a key resource for troubleshooting, systems administration, end-user support, and IT projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically versatile, and comfortable supporting all levels of the organization.
