 * Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes such as:

 + Operational efficiency
 + Customer adoption
 + Automation improvements
 * Experience integrating LLMs, agent frameworks, vector databases, AI orchestration, or ML-powered workflows is highly valuable.

 * Strong communicator able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Experienced mentor who can raise engineering standards and develop senior talent.
