Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements : * Minimum 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture or related field. * At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Application implementations. * Proven track record in leading full lifecycle enterprise projects. * Expertise in Enterprise/Corporate Business Applications * Experience with third-party integrations is a plus (UKG). * Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Leadership experience in managing teams and projects. ## Description Acosta Group is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Applications Architect (Oracle) to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle's cloud-based Fusion and Integration solutions.
