## Description

As an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer you will join an agile development team working within the Housing Management Registers domain.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot and OpenShift. You will lead technical solutions, support architectural decision-making and help ensure the development team delivers secure, scalable and maintainable digital services.

You will also act as a link between the development team and architecture stakeholders, helping to establish best practices, technical standards and engineering principles., * Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional agile development team.

 * Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions.
 * Lead technical improvements and help address technical debt.
 * Contribute to architecture decisions and represent the team at technical governance forums.
 * Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, performance and maintainability standards.
 * Work closely with Product, Service Design and Operations teams.
 * Support DevSecOps, CI/CD and continuous delivery practices.
 * Troubleshoot development and production issues.
 * Coach and mentor other developers.
 * Contribute to disaster recovery and service resilience activities.
