Desirable Experience * Minimum three years' experience in an IT Operations, Systems Administration or IT Support role. * Experience within defence, government or other security-focused organisations. * Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus or ISO27001. * Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. * Familiarity with Conditional Access and Azure administration. * Microsoft certifications. ## Description We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Prevail Partners' IT systems and Microsoft 365 environment. Reporting to the Solutions Engineer, you will support user lifecycle activities, endpoint management, systems administration and operational improvements while providing second-line technical support where required. The role also contributes to cybersecurity, governance, business projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
