## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in operations at a broker-dealer or asset management firm, with experience in Security Master and Reference Data
 * Experience leading a small team and collaborating across different regions and time zones
 * Strong knowledge of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
 * Experience working with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit (S&P Global), ICE, and other data vendors
 * Ability to implement and maintain new systems, procedures, and controls
 * Strong analytical skills for reviewing and validating datasets, identifying gaps, and driving new requirements
 * Solid understanding of basic SQL queries and proficient MS Excel skills
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders
 * Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team environment
 * Self-directed, diligent problem solver with a desire to contribute to our reputation and success

## Description

* Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of all tradable securities in our Global Security Master
 * Oversee the completion of data quality control checks through system and business validations
 * Monitor corporate actions and market data events to proactively ensure processing and avoid disruptions to downstream interfaces
 * Liaise with and resolve ad hoc issues raised by internal front, middle, and back office clients as well as external data vendors
 * Analyze datasets, work with Development on requirements, and assist in the design and implementation of new processes and workflows to improve our Security Master for stakeholders
 * Manage our team in EMEA and APAC and collaborate globally with team members and leads
 * Serve as an escalation point and manage stakeholder relationships across Trading, Risk, and Ops counterparts
