 + erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 + sicherer Umgang mit Ticket- oder Helpdesk-Systemen wünschenswert
 + strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 + ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 + hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
 + Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
 + selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 + sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
 + Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb des zugewiesenen Betreuungsgebietes

+ Nutzerbetreuung

o Betreuung der IT-Arbeitsplätze an den Standorten des Straßenbauamtes Neustrelitz, inklusive der Straßenmeistereien
o Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen im 1st-Level-Support
o Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Betreuung

 + Technische Unterstützung in den Standortbereichen
+
o Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Peripheriegeräten und Mobiltechnik
o Vor-Ort-Unterstützung bei Softwareaktualisierungen, Rollouts und Inventuren

 + Betreuung von Fachanwendungen

o Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Betreuung von Fachanwendungen
