In this hands-on senior individual contributor role, you'll define the technical direction of our platform, lead infrastructure initiatives from concept to implementation, and work closely with Engineering, Product, AI, and Security teams. You'll identify opportunities for improvement, solve complex infrastructure challenges, and establish best practices that enable teams to build and ship securely at scale. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguous environments, and enjoys turning ideas into pragmatic, high-impact solutions. While this is not a people management role, you'll provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and mentor fellow engineers through collaboration and guidance.
