* Einrichtung und Wartung von Hardware (Desktop-Computer, Notebooks, IGEL, VoIP-Telefonen, Smartphones, Access Points, Peripherie-Geräte)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Software (Windows, Office, Spedition- und Lager-Software)
 * Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen via Ticket-System
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei technischen Problemen
