A key pillar of this transformation is the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, service quality and workforce productivity across the organization. As AI Transformation Analyst, you will be part of the newly formed IFIS AI Automation team, working closely with the Transformation AI Automation Design Lead. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, identifying where AI can create measurable value across IFIS infrastructure and security processes, and translating those opportunities into well-defined use cases that the engineering team can build.
