* Gestaltung und Optimierung von IT-gestützten Geschäftsprozessen in allen Bereichen, wie z. B. Vertrieb, Einkauf, Produktion usw. mit Hilfe von Microsoft Dynamics NAV

 * enge Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen zwecks Entwicklung / Annpassung, Dokumentation und Realisierung der IT-Anforderungen für bestehende und neue Prozesse

 * Koordination von IT-Projekten inklusive Kommunikation und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern

 * Mitgestaltung weiterer Integration und Optimierung unserer standardisierten IT-Prozesse

 * laufende Anwender-Support für das Microsoft Dynamics NAV
