## About the Role

Full lifecycle WFS implementation and configuration experience

Technical and functional

knowledge of workforce management, labor rules, and timekeeping processes

Experience partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation vendors to support testing, deployment, and go-live activities WFS Certifications (PT103, CT104, REPORTS201, or similar)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience implementing WFS across multiple clients or environments

Experience supporting international, union, or non-union workforces

Ability to challenge vendors and guide stakeholders on best practices

## Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior WorkForce Software (WFS) SME to support the implementation of WorkForce Software Time & Attendance, beginning with a rollout in Mexico and expanding to the U.S. and Canada. This individual will serve as the go-to expert for the platform, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and the implementation vendor to ensure the system is configured correctly and aligned with business needs.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that can sit remotely, with a preference for candidates in the MST or PST time zones.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Serve as the WorkForce Software Time & Attendance SME throughout the implementation

Work with HR, Payroll, IT, and project teams to understand business requirements

Translate workforce and labor rules into system configurations

Partner with the implementation vendor to review designs, identify gaps, and recommend best practices

Support configuration reviews, testing, reporting, and go-live activities

Act as a trusted advisor to ensure a successful rollout and scalable solution for future deployments
