## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related technical discipline and 6 plus years of experience implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes, managing on-premise or outsourced IT operations with 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, or security operations and 5 plus years of leadership experience
 * Demonstrated leadership across complex business and IT organizations
 * Demonstrated leadership building and managing high-performing teams
 * Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance for operational security support and administration

Preferred Education and Experience:

 * Master's Degree
 * Experience leading a security operations team in multiple business unit environments
 * Experience leading organizational and cultural change initiatives
 * Experience supporting a global IT security environment
 * Security-related experience designing/implementing/administrating Enterprise solutions

## Description

* Lead cybersecurity engineering and operations for on-premises, software as a service, platform as a service, cloud infrastructure, storage, systems, and network environments.
 * Lead the team in developing cybersecurity operations runbooks and playbooks that define best practices for operational excellence and ensure service delivery adheres to documented standards
 * Develop cybersecurity operations strategies and best practices that enable digital business requirements
 * Lead the creation and delivery of cybersecurity measures that protect infrastructure security, health, and performance
 * Perform oversight of internal teams and managed service providers that support cybersecurity operations
 * Partner with senior information technology and business leaders to align security initiatives and roadmaps with enterprise technology strategies
 * Other projects or duties as assigned
