## About the Role

* Candidates must be local to NY/NJ and able to work onsite.
 * Strong Equity/Trading domain experience is required.
 * Must be local
 * LinkedIn with location and photo (before 2023), A mid-level Java Developer with strong Spring Boot and Microservices experience, combined with Equity/Trading domain expertise, who can build scalable, low-latency applications in a fast-paced financial technology environment., * Strong experience with Core Java (Java 11+)
 * Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
 * Experience developing Microservices
 * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)
 * Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
 * Strong SQL and/or NoSQL database experience
 * Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
 * Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, collections, and concurrency
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Domain Experience

 * Equity or Trading domain experience (Required)
 * Understanding of trade lifecycle, order management, or execution platforms
 * Knowledge of market data, order routing, or financial systems
 * Exposure to regulatory, compliance, or risk-controlled environments is a plus
