 * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID device management and configuring complex Conditional Access policies.
 * Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security and managing Apple Business Manager integrations.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation.

## Description

* Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise endpoint platforms using Intune and MECM.
 * Engineer automated deployment and remediation processes utilizing advanced PowerShell scripting and orchestration.
 * Manage the full device lifecycle for Windows, iOS, and Android including OS upgrades and patching.
 * Design and enforce endpoint security baselines and compliance policies to ensure organizational security.
 * Oversee zero-touch provisioning workflows and modern management transitions through Windows Autopilot.
 * Provide third-level operational support and root cause analysis for complex endpoint and identity issues.
 * Author operational runbooks and standard operating procedures within an Agile delivery framework.
