Preferred Qualifications:

 * Degree: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
 * Tools: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and GitLab is a strong plus.

## Description

* Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and validate portfolio data to build weekly/monthly reports, executive dashboards, and summary visualizations.
 * Governance & Meetings: Coordinate project governance meetings, prepare reporting materials for leadership, and track follow-up action items.
 * Tooling & Platform Administration: Perform data validation and maintain information within the portfolio management system (ServiceNow).
 * Financial & Intake Monitoring: Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures while supporting intake, planning, and prioritization tasks.
 * Process Improvement: Maintain standard operating procedures, reporting documentation, and identify opportunities to improve data quality.
