## About the Role

Required

 * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, or a related field.

 * 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems.

 * Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.

 * A desire to grow from finance into a client-facing consulting role.

Preferred

 * Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning solutions.

 * Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement projects.

 * Consulting or professional services experience.
