Skills & Competencies * Deep technical knowledge of UAS technologies, platforms, and mission applications. * Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic thinker with proven business acumen and problem-solving ability. * Familiarity with DoD acquisition programs, RDT&E, and technology transition processes. * Ability to engage effectively with senior government officials, industry partners, and clients. * Active Secret - eligible for Top Secret - Security Clearance. ## Description The Director of Unmanned Systems provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for Oak Grove Technologies' (OGT) unmanned systems programs, driving innovation, capability development, portfolio growth, and operational excellence across the company's defense and federal portfolios. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of unmanned systems operations, integration, training, and sustainment to ensure mission success in support of Department of War (DoW), Special Operations Forces (SOF), and other clients. As a leader within the organization, the Director of Unmanned Systems oversees program execution, leads cross-functional teams, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to expand OGT's presence in the unmanned and emerging technology sectors.
