 * Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
 * Ability to navigate scope, timelines, and difficult project conversations
 * Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
 * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
 * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 * High attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 * Willingness to travel up to 15%, * Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), or legal technology platforms
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field

## Description

We are hiring a client-facing Project Manager to lead software implementation projects and consulting delivery for enterprise clients.

As a Project Manager at Qualitas, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality., * Lead and manage client-facing software implementation projects from initiation through completion

 * Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocations
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, stakeholders)
 * Serve as the primary client point-of-contact, managing communication and expectations
 * Track project performance, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
 * Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
 * Drive accountability across the team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
 * Manage scope changes and change orders as project needs evolve
 * Oversee the creation and quality of client-facing deliverables
 * Support and mentor junior consultants and team members
 * Contribute to process improvement and operational initiatives
 * Stay current on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal technology, and software implementation best practices
 * Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
