CDA will require proof of status prior to employment. ## Description To conform to U.S. export control regulations, requirements of this position include being eligible to work with export-controlled products and related data without restriction. The Vice President of Engineering is responsible for leading all engineering functions at CDA InterCorp, including design and test engineering, with full accountability for technical execution, team performance, and engineering-driven business results. This role is both a builder and operator, responsible for improving current execution while establishing a scalable engineering organization capable of supporting high-rate production programs and recurring revenue growth. The VP of Engineering will drive a high-accountability culture aligned with CDA principles, while elevating technical rigor across motors, actuators, and transducer product lines. Success in this role requires a leader who combines deep technical credibility, hands-on leadership, and a strong bias for action, with the ability to translate engineering capability into improved yield, throughput, and business performance. This role will establish a disciplined, scalable engineering organization capable of supporting both new product development and high-rate production programs within the defense and aerospace markets. The VP of Engineering will drive technical rigor, improve engineering accountability, and ensure alignment with business objectives, enabling predictable execution, margin performance, and long-term growth.
