* abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom (FH) oder Master) Informatik, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertige Fähigkeiten

 * Erfahrung in IT-Sicherheit / Cybersicherheit
 * Erfahrung im Support-Umfeld (1st-3rd Level) und in der Dienstleistersteuerung
 * Erfahrung in Projektleitung und Projektsteuerung (klassisch/agil)
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Business AI
 * Erfahrung in der Wohnungswirtschaft und damit in der ERP-Landschaft (z. B. YUNEO)
 * Kenntnisse in CAD-/Bausoftware-Betreuung von Vorteil
 * Zertifikate (von Vorteil): MCP / MCSA / MCSE / MCTS, VCP, ITIL Foundation

## Description

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Abteilung IT
 * Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung einer modernen IT-Infrastruktur
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit aller DV-Systeme und der Infrastruktur
 * Verantwortung für IT-Sicherheit und Cybersicherheit inkl. Maßnahmenplanung und Steuerung
 * Steuerung des Supports (1st-3rd Level) mit ca. 3.000 Tickets jährlich
 * Leitung von IT-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
 * Personalführung, Einsatzplanung sowie Förderung und (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
 * Mitwirkung bei der Wirtschafts- und Budgetplanung
 * Teilnahme an Führungsrunden und Strategieworkshops
