You will work alongside other engineers and with the product and design teams to consistently deliver new features, leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate delivery and raise the quality bar. You will also work to refactor existing code in order to bring greater stability and scalability for our application as our membership continues to increase. This Senior Software Development Engineer can expect to design, develop and implement digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.
