 * Ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in acquisition.
 * Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects and generate deliverables, processes, direct execution, and collaborate with customers and staff.
 * Strong customer relations, analytics, and documentation skills
 * Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
 * Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 * Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
 * Ability to work independently
 * Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
 * Detail oriented
 * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
 * Ability to adapt to evolving technology

Education and Experience:

 * Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, business, or other related discipline, required or a qualifying substitution, if identified.
 * At least three year(s) of related experience or qualifiable substitute.

Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.

## Description

* Develop, Integrate and maintain command level dashboards using POWER BI
 * Familiarity with Qlik and NAVY ERP databases/sources
 * Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
 * Visualize, interpret, and report data findings. Create dynamic data reports and dashboards.
 * Work collaboratively with stakeholders to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, or evaluate solutions.
