Preferred Skills: * Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP). * Infrastructure, Networking, or IT Operations background. * Experience with Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvement. * Strong understanding of Agile estimation and planning techniques. Education & Certifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. * Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Kanban Management Professional (KMP) are preferred. This team is responsible for the network and infrastructure that connects retail stores and gas stations to enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile leadership experience with infrastructure-focused teams and hands-on expertise in Kanban methodologies, Scrum practices, and enterprise infrastructure projects.
