## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive system-level quality for Cricut products, from prototypes to mass production. You will work across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing to validate performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure readiness for customers. You'll collaborate with ODM/JDM partners and internal teams to sustain product quality and manufacturing efficiency. You'll apply hands-on testing and data-driven analysis to mitigate risks and improve reliability, shaping products that meet customer expectations. This is a mission to deliver reliable, manufacturable cutting machines and heated devices that delight makers.
