## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent
 * 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or related field
 * Proficient in basic field survey techniques and GIS practices
 * Able to interpret construction and city plat maps
 * Competent with relevant computer applications (e.g., GIS, Smartsheet)
 * Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Demands & Competencies

 * Hybrid indoor/outdoor role requiring driving, walking, light lifting, and ladder climbing
 * Must be able to work year-round in various weather conditions
 * Effective interpersonal and communication skills
 * Overnight travel may occasionally be required

## Description

* Conduct field surveys using GIS collection tools and prepare job scope outlines
 * Generate preliminary estimates to support customer budgeting
 * Review and validate job site documentation
 * Provide daily project reporting, including WIP tracking and quality control
 * Partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate and complete documentation
 * Collect and update as-built documentation upon project completion
 * Review subcontractor as-builts and verify invoicing accuracy
 * Assist and collaborate with cross-functional departments as needed
 * Communicate with customers regarding job status and resolve concerns
