This role partners with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand business needs, develop analytical solutions, and deliver clear, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis. The Data Analyst applies strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to improve operational efficiency, member experience, risk management, and strategic outcomes. The Data Analyst - Lending supports the development, management, and performance optimization of UFCU's Lending functions. This role is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating member behavior, and delivering insights that inform enterprise lending strategy and operational improvements. The Data Analyst partners closely with the Lending management team, Technology, Finance, Risk, MarCom, and Retail Experience teams to enhance performance, improve member outcomes, and support strategic initiatives.
