## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Servern, Druckern und weiteren IT-Komponenten
 * Betreuung unserer Kunden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support per Remote-Zugriff sowie vor Ort
 * Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Durchführung von Service- und Wartungsarbeiten bei unseren Kunden
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Einweisung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Nutzung der eingesetzten Systeme
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Serviceeinsätze
 * Unterstützung bei Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen
