 * Experience with firewall administration and network security technologies.

 * Comptia Security+ certification or equivalent credentials.
 * Ability to analyze and respond to security incidents with precision and efficiency.

## Description

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the security of cloud-based systems and applications, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Azure, Zero Trust principles, and advanced security technologies. This position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in protecting sensitive data and maintaining compliance with industry standards., * Monitor and address security alerts in Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Security Center.

 * Configure and manage identity and access controls using Azure Active Directory, role-based access management, and multi-factor authentication.
 * Implement and enforce security controls, ensuring systems align with industry frameworks and compliance standards.
 * Analyze security logs and investigate alerts to support threat detection and incident response.
 * Secure virtual networks and endpoints within Azure environments.
 * Deploy and manage encryption strategies, to protect sensitive data.
 * Assist with security audits, cloud risk assessments, and compliance evaluations.
 * Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance security measures and respond to emerging threats.
 * Optimize firewall technologies and policies to strengthen network defenses.
 * Contribute to the development and improvement of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
