This role provides program-level leadership through cross-team planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release coordination, stakeholder communication, and execution governance. The position works closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Systems Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Cybersecurity, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure software development activities remain aligned with business objectives, program commitments, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at ASP USA.
