Provide strategic leadership for the Digital Operations Center, establishing the vision, operating model, and long-term roadmap for enterprise monitoring, incident management, and remote operational support. Lead 100+ associates and multiple third-party vendors responsible for centralized monitoring, technical support, asset performance, and operational response while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure a high level of professional and technical support from a centralized team providing 24/7 support for programming of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC/R alarm management. Develop and execute enterprise strategies that leverage analytics, automation, AI, and connected technologies to drive condition-based monitoring, improve equipment reliability, optimize dispatch, reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency. Partner with Facilities Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, International, and external service providers to standardize processes, improve service delivery, and support enterprise business objectives.
