## Description

Under indirect supervision performs advanced level installation, maintenance and repair of various Telecommunications and IT related equipment using accepted practices and procedures., * Perform advanced software installations, system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

 * Create and maintain required technical documentation.
 * Develop advanced knowledge of IT technologies, systems, and business processes.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving:
 + Windows 11
 + Microsoft 365 applications
 + Custom business applications
 + Dell and HP hardware
 * Participate in cross-training across multiple IT systems and technologies.
 * Gain an understanding of business unit and customer requirements.
 * Deliver a high level of customer service and end-user support.
