This role works closely with Production and Leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, improve production efficiency, and support scalable growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of ADAboy's production environment, vehicle builds, and installation methods. During the initial training period, the Specialist will work alongside Van Accessibility Technicians to gain a thorough understanding of production workflow, installation processes, and operational challenges.
