Develop and maintain database architecture standards, high-availability strategies (e.g., Data Guard), disaster recovery frameworks, storage design, and cloud/on-prem hybrid integration strategies while aligning with organizational technology roadmaps and compliance requirements. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 30 Job Duty Lead and oversee the ongoing administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Oracle database environments to ensure high availability, performance optimization, data integrity, and security compliance. Direct daily operational activities including performance tuning, backup and recovery management, patch implementation, capacity planning, incident response, and 24×7 production support while ensuring adherence to established SLAs and governance standards. Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty Serve as the primary liaison between the Database Administration team, IT leadership, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication regarding database operations, incidents, changes, and strategic initiatives.
