This junior role is ideal for someone at the start of their IT career who is keen to learn, develop practical skills, and provide friendly day-to-day support in a small hospice environment. The Junior IT Assistant will help provide hands-on support across the Hospice, assisting with everyday technical queries, setting up equipment, supporting Microsoft 365 users, and learning how to maintain the Hospice's IT systems under the guidance of the Head of IT & Systems.
