* 2-3 years experience in IT Support or Service Desk
 * Strong Windows support experience
 * Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
 * Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
 * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Provide 1st line IT support
 * Set up and maintain PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices
 * Manage Google Workspace user accounts and permissions
 * Support network connectivity and infrastructure
 * Maintain the IT helpdesk and knowledge base
 * Lead onboarding and offboarding activities
 * Assist with IT projects and new technology rollouts
 * Manage IT equipment and stock levels
 * Take ownership of issues through to resolution
