## About the Role

* Associate's degree in architecture or related field of study or equivalent work experience
 * A minimum of 15 years of architecture experience in the discipline to be supported
 * Aptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supported
 * Extensive knowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supported
 * Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary environments
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

## Description

In the role of Senior Technical Specialist, we'll count on you to:

 * Perform engineering assignments under the direct supervision of a licensed architect
 * Design tasks involving judgment in evaluating, selecting and applying architecture techniques and procedures
 * Coordination with other disciplines as necessary
