## Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex business challenges, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing processes within a structured framework. Your day-to-day work will involve gathering and clarifying business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and performing user acceptance testing to ensure new features and workflows meet project goals. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, quality, and success of the business processes you support., * Analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations for solutions.

 * Gather, clarify, and document business requirements to ensure alignment with goals.
 * Facilitate business design sessions and blueprinting to shape future state processes, tools, and systems.
 * Identify automation opportunities and stay current with modern IT tools and capabilities.
 * Collaborate with business and development teams on new features and updates, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness.
 * Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure prototypes meet project requirements.
 * Provide data quality assessments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system design decisions.
 * Monitor and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) for critical processes and projects.
 * Review and recommend improvements for existing reports and metrics to enhance efficiency.
