Preferred Education and Experience: * One years of IT experience. * Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows operating systems. * Experience supporting and troubleshooting Mac OS. * Basic knowledge of networks and associated terminology. ## Description The IT Professional I, operating under general supervision, provides front-line and intermediate technical support within a large, distributed, statewide Texas A&M AgriLife environment as part of AgriLife Information Technology (AIT). The position supports faculty, staff, and operational systems across multiple research centers and county offices, with primary responsibility for the North Texas region and secondary support statewide. Based at the High Plains Research & Extension Center, the role delivers IT services through a combination of onsite and remote support, including travel as required to meet service needs.
