## About the Role

* Education: Four-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
 * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (Python and/or TypeScript).
 * Demonstrated experience building and deploying LLM applications in production.
 * Working knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
 * Proficiency in prompt engineering (structured output, chain-of-thought).
 * Experience designing and running evaluations for AI-based systems.
 * Familiarity with common API designs (REST, GraphQL, JSON-RPC).
 * Experience with agentic software engineering using Claude Code, Codex, or comparable solutions.
 * Experience with source code management using Git.
 * Displays excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment where requirements shift between engagements.
 * Performs development tasks with little supervision; self-motivated and self-directed., * Experience working and integrating systems with commerce platforms (commercetools, Shopify, Kibo, or similar).
 * Familiarity with emerging standards like MCP, ACP, and UCP
 * Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
 * Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and deploying AI systems to GCP, Azure, or AWS.
