## Description

* Kennenlernen unserer IT-Abteilung und vielfältige Einblicke in sämtliche kfm. Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Logistik, Finanzen/Controlling, Marketing, Vertrieb,
 * Personalmanagement) sowie in eine Fertigungssteuerung, in erster Praxisphase
 * Kennenlernen von betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und eingesetzten IT-Anwendungen im Unternehemen
 * Mitwirken bei Projekten im Geschäftsprozessmanagement, in der Geschäftsprozess-Harmonisierung sowie bei der Digitalisierung im Witzenmann-Gruppenverbund
 * Systemanpassungen, -erweiterungen und -umstellungen in Projektarbeiten begleiten und an Rollouts in unserem Stammhaus sowie in den in- und ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften mitwirken
 * Projektmanagement, einschließlich Dokumentation und Präsentation von Ergebnissen
