## About the Role

Do you have experience in Teaching?, * Experience working with youth (schools, camps, tutoring, afterschool programs) preferred

 * Basic knowledge of coding, game development, or robotics
 * Comfortable learning and teaching platforms like Scratch, MakeCode, or Roblox
 * Strong communication and classroom management skills
 * Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
 * Must be 21+ years old
 * Must have reliable transportation

Preferred (Nice to Have)

 * Experience with Roblox Studio, Godot, Unreal Engine, or GameMaker
 * Background in STEM, education, gaming, or tech
 * Experience teaching coding or robotics

Training Requirements (Required Before Start)

 * DOJ/FBI Background Check (Live Scan)
 * TB Test (within 2 years)
 * Mandated Reporter Training
 * CPR/First Aid Certification
 * Code of Conduct Training
 * Completion of Instructor Boot Camp

## Description

* Guide students in building their own games and interactive projects
 * Use beginner-friendly platforms like:
 * Scratch
 * Microsoft MakeCode (Arcade & Minecraft)
 * Roblox Studio
 * Godot (G.Dot)
 * Unreal Engine (intro level)
 * GameMaker
 * Manage a classroom of up to 20 students
 * Create a fun, safe, and structured learning environment
 * Prepare materials and follow provided lesson plans
 * Track attendance and submit brief session notes
 * Communicate with program staff and school site coordinators
