* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
 * Strong experience in building, developing, and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
 * Hands-on expertise in Python and PyTorch or similar Python ML frameworks.
 * Strong experience with ML pipeline engineering, including model training, deployment, and lifecycle management.
 * Hands-on experience with feature engineering and preparing data/features for ML models.
 * Experience with model monitoring, performance tracking, and maintaining production ML models.
 * Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-based ML environments.
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end ML model development and deployment.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with data science, engineering, and delivery teams in a 100% onsite Austin, TX environment.
