* Proven experience as an Angular, Node.js, and React developer.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.

 * Experience with SQL, Java, and Hadoop.
 * Understanding of design principles and user experience concepts.

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

 * Full-stack software engineering across front-end and back-end services.
 * Experience building in Agile or Scrum environments.

## Description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III with strong experience in Node.js, React.js, and modern web development and a proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, high-performing web platforms for next-generation risk reporting. The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days onsite per week. Start is targeted for 2-4 weeks after offer and may require alignment to a specific start date. Candidates should include current location and intent on the resume., * Design and develop high-quality web applications using Node.js and React.js.

 * Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new features.
