## Description

* Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and customer returns.
 * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP OTC solutions aligned with Chemicals industry processes.
 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve OTC-related production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
 * Lead functional design, testing, deployment, and user training activities for SAP OTC enhancements and implementations.
 * Integrate SAP OTC with related modules such as SD, MM, WM, and FI to support end-to-end business processes.
 * Strong experience in Chemicals industry business processes, including batch management, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
 * Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and support change management initiatives.
